Whale Watching Adventure

Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick, Canada
Today was what I can only describe as a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We went out, knowing there were a lot of whales being seen lately, and we were not disappointed.

A ‘perfect storm’ of a beautiful, warm, sunny day and an incoming tide brought whales all around us. At times, we could see 4, 5 and even 6 whales blowing all at the same time, in various directions! And the funny part was, we were only about 20 minutes out of port, they were on the inside, between Campobello Island and the Wolves.

My photos can’t come close to delivering the experience, but they are all I have until I help Sandy edit her video footage!

Absolutely breathtaking day.
